Sample Processed Report
COBRA QB Parser, July 2024
Your weekly COBRA output. Processed rows have been deemed a COBRA eligible event. Make sure to evaluate the notes to see if this event will be loaded to the portal; Ignored rows will not and need review — the Message column says why (plan not COBRA-electable, no QB event code).
